White Bean and Tomato Salad

1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14 ½ oz) canned diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup loosely packed chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Lemon pepper or ground black pepper, optional

Preparation

Stir together beans, undrained tomatoes, celery, parsley and vinegar in medium bowl. Season with pepper, if desired.
